WCA is the Washington state branch of the American Counseling Association.
WCA is governed by an Executive Board of Directors consisting of elected officers (President, Past President, President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer), division presidents, and appointed and contracted Board members. The full Board meets at least twice annually, and the Executive Committee (elected officers and the Executive Director) meets as necessary to make interim decisions on behalf of the organization.
