Thank you for your interest in the Mental Health Division of Washington Counseling Association.

Our division is a key state wide professional group for counselors who want to connect with other professionals involved in various aspects of mental health counseling, education, and services.

You'll find our membership working in our communities and across the state in every area of the counseling profession (K-12 schools, agencies and community and supervision, private practice, and in training and consulting, etc.)

Together we are working to address some of the emerging issues for mental health counselors.

The Mental Health division goals include enhancement of collaboration across all counseling divisions and fields, beyond just mental health counseling, to insure better all around services for those in need.

Our organization wants to support you by promoting and developing professional development training, conducting workshops and leadership training at the state WCA annual conference, facilitating professional networking, providing access to current resources in the field, and, offering an opportunity for you to develop state leadership experience. To maintain a statewide perspective we need your involvement.
